Health and education opportunities often hindered by systemic inequities tied to poverty, gender, race, ethnicity, and other social determinants of health.
Food assistance, Life Skills education, Stem education for our youth economic and social development and maternal mental health issues through Crisis Management support is our way to empower the community with a wraparound holistic approach to interconnect and socioeconomic stability.
Enabling our community to thrive and break free from the cycles of poverty and mental health stigmas. This is not a one size fits all community or people; our goal is to embrace the challenge and meet the person where they are to meet the need.
